With 6 different UL Listed monitoring stations located throughout the country our average response time on priority alarms is 22 seconds or less. We achieve this by the methods in how alarm signals are processed. All 6 of our stations receive all of the alarm signals at the same time so each signal is processed in the order that they are received by all of the operators of which are over 150 operators on duty at any given hour. Priority alarm signals are burglar alarms, fire alarms, hold up alarms, Gas Alarms. Life or property threatening alarm signals Low battery, loss of AC power, opening and closing signals are not Priority alarm signals they will be addressed but do not hold the same standard as emergency signals do.

This service is available to all of our clients no matter what the time is because we take your security serious. Easily allows you to install or disable user codes, give different codes to additional users, create babysitter codes and maid codes that will only be on certain days or hours. Alarm.com can connect to thermostats and lighting for energy savings, allows access to locks for a more secure environment and opens your overhead door even though you’re at work for the service repairman to get in to work on your home.

Because we are locally owned and operated by a Veteran we have an instilled innate desire to serve the people in our surrounding communities. We do so by never imposing a monitoring contract upon our clients. If a company doesn’t have enough fortitude to satisfy their customers on a daily 24 hour basis without standing behind a contract they don’t Need to be in business. This basic principle requires the company to be available 24/7 for whatever the needs of the clients may be. Therefore we have real technicians in place to answer the phone all the time, we have programs in place to retrieve data from our clients for them even though we are not In the office.
